Cocoa is the dried and fully fermented seed of Theobroma cacao, used primarily in the production of chocolate, beverages, butter, and cosmetic formulations. Nigeria is the 4th largest producer of cocoa in the world, with cocoa beans being a vital non-oil export earner for the nation.
